Krustev
Malin Krastev was born
in 1970 in Sofia.
He completed his high school education
in the technical school “Wilhelm Pik” (now Henry Ford).
In 1995 he finished his studies in the
National Theatre Academy in the group of prof. Elena Baeva. During
the same year he started working with the “Young People`s Theatre”.
His close connection with drama naturally led to series of experiments
as a playwright, materialized in thee plays: “Family Album”, “Kava”,
and “A Winter Night”. Malin Krastev is also the scriptwriter of
“The Profit 2” (a sequel to the famous movie).
He appeared in many movies during the
period 1995-2003:
“The Wolf Posse” directed by Stanimir Trifonov;
“The Profit” directed by Magi Halvadjian;
“The Devil`s Mirror” directed by Nikolay Volev;
“Sombrero Blues” directed by Ilian Simeonov,
“Fury” directed by Ilian Simeonov;
“The Road To Jerusalem” directed by Ivan Nitchev;
”Patoo” directed by Stanislava Kaltcheva;
“Identity Change” directed by Youlia Kantcheva.
His remarkable presence as an actor can
be seen in the western productions also: “East-West” directed by
R. Varnier, “Day Of The Pig”, “The Good War”, “Boy Against The Wall”,
etc.
Between 1995 and 2003 he stars in many
theatrical plays:
“Marriage” by Gogol, staged by Ivo Siromahov;
“Golgotha” by Ek. Tomova, directed by A. Atanassov;
“Creditors” by Strindberg, directed by E. Scott Lobo,
“Last pint” by Harold Pinter and directed by E. Baeva;
“Immigrants”, “The Titanic orchestra”, “The French Quarter”.
During these fruitful years he meets
many times with director Magi Halvadjian. On such a meeting Malin
Krastev is invited to host the TV show “Lords Of The Air”.

Vasil Vasilev

He was born in Sliven, in the distant
1965.
During 1992, he completed his studies
in the National Theatre Academy “Krastyo Sarafov”. The same year
he founded “Credo” theatre and starred in the Gogol`s play “Shinel”
(Overcoat), which brought nationwide and international recognition.
Since 1992, this performance received public acclaim on more than
150 international occasions in Europe, North America, and Asia.
“Shinel” stays on the critics` “Top 20” for best show at the Edinburgh`s
art festival, where it became a hit.
In 2000, it again was a major success
in the London`s West End, in the Barbican Centre – the biggest centre
for culture in Europe and on the stage of Her Majesty`s Royal Theatre.
He merged his theatre peaks with TV appearances and his talent shone
for five years in the TV show “Ku-ku” (now Canaletto).
After finishing his higher education,
Mr. Vassilev appeared in many movies:
“Borderline” directed by Ilian Simeonov and Christian Nochev (1992);
“After The End Of The World ” directed by Ivan Nitchev (1998); “Casual
Encounters” directed by Stefan Comandarev (1998);
“The Pound” directed by Stefan Comandarev (2000);
“The Assistant” directed by Ilia Kostov (2001);
“Sunday” directed by Alexander Morfov (2001);
“The Profit” directed by Magi Halvadjian (2001);
“The Road To Jerusalem” directed by Ivan Nitchev (2003),
“Turkish Gambit” directed by Nikita Mihalkov.
The talent of Mr. Vassilev and his close
friendship with the director Magi Halvadjian led to a proposal to
become host of the TV show “Lords Of The Air”.
